These are negative business emotions that have a huge impact in business decision making. Anger damages the team’s decision making process especially when everyone is angry at the same time. When feeling irritated, people tend to dismiss each other’s opinions. This makes it harder for the team to reconcile and see less of their individual weaknesses. 

Anger limits our view of the world and focuses only on our own feelings. This results in discontentment since different people are angered by different things. Angry teams tend to rush decisions because they focus more on unnecessary information. These emotions can blind the business people to see only the immediate solution without considering the potential risks involved.

It is said that when you write your emotions, you lessen their intensity. This mellows down your emotions and tempers your reactions to other people’s emotions. 
  3. Ask yourself why you feel the way you do. When you know the cause of your emotions, you can better think and react on what you should do to those feelings.
